We all want to feel fulfilled, whether personally, within a relationship, or in the work we do. But how do we get there?  

In our last email we shared four comprehensive lectures on Type, Strategy, and Signature.

Today we offer you a summary of how Type and Strategy can lead to experiencing fulfillment. You can watch both videos (with accompanying transcripts) in approximately 5 minutes:

Because each of us is unique, fulfillment is different for each individual, and has a resonance to who you are as a being.

One of the things I love about Human Design is that it’s simple. It’s not easy, but it's simple. And the simple can be so awakening. 

For every single being, according to their Type, there is a goal. There is a way that Type itself is fulfilled on this plane. This is what I like to call a Signpost—a way of being able to verify for yourself, in your own experiment, that you've reached that place. Each Type has a different Signpost called Signature. 

For the Generator it's about satisfaction. There is nothing like satisfaction for a Generator after a lifetime of frustration. To be satisfied with one's life and one's process is an extraordinary thing.

For Projectors it's all about success, and not success in the most crass understanding of the word, but success in being recognized. Something so deeply different than the taste of bitterness that is so often what the Projector must live with.

For the Manifestor it’s peace and the end to all that anger. The beauty of what is possible in the Manifestor spirit when you can live in peace. 

And for the Reflector, who is so clearly aware of the repetitions of the mundane plane and how disappointing it all seems to be in their lives, the beauty that comes with the surprise. That there is something beyond the ordinary and beyond homogenization.

Signature is there for everyone. Signature is built into you. It is the beauty on the other side of the shadow, and there is only one thing that will take you there. You, as yourself, breath by breath. Strategy & Authority—this is how you get there.

Generators -

Everything about being a Generator is about how you use your energy. You are the energy beings, you are THE life force on the planet. 

Now, think about what happens when that energy is simply not used correctly. The disarray, the chaos, the incredible frustration that fills this plane.

And it all goes back to one thing and one thing only. Generators are here to find satisfaction, and you only find satisfaction through the correct use of your energy. 

As a pure energy being, everything that you do must be correct. And for the Generator it is always a matter of response. 

It is a matter of responding to what comes towards you. Through that response you're going to be able to use that energy successfully in a way that you find the satisfaction you need. 

The more satisfaction we have on this plane, the less frustration we have, and it’s in your hands as Generators. 

It is all about decision-making. This is the basis of Human Design. 

And to see how extraordinary your gift is, to be the Generator who has the perfect skills to respond or not in the moment to what is there. Trust that, wait for that, and then you can use your energy in a way that is deeply satisfying.

I'm a Manifestor. We are not the most common of types on this plane, about 8% of humanity. 

There is something to understand for all you Manifestors, and it’s so important for you to grasp. 

The greatest danger in the Manifestor life is to be conditioned by Generators. The majority of human beings on this plane, the rest of all the energy types (67% of humanity)* are Generators.

And it is something to be very clear about if you are a Manifestor, that there is a very easy way for you to tell whether you're being conditioned by Generators or not. 

Are you responding to questions? 

The Manifestor has an authority, and their authority or strategy is to inform. If the Manifestor informs before they act, they eliminate resistance. 

But this is a two-way sword, and something to truly take in deeply if you are a Manifestor. You are here to be informed, not asked, not told, but to be informed. 

Think of it this way: As a Manifestor, if you're responding to being asked… well, you’re a conditioned Generator. Make sure you are informed.

In 1781 something new happened—it’s called the Projector, and by now there are a lot of Projectors. We live in a world where Projectors are truly on the ascendancy, they are about 1/5 of humanity. 

And Projectors, being non-energy types, need an advantage in this life. The world is dominated by energy Types (Generators and Manifestor represent more than 75% of humanity), and in order for the Projector to be able to compensate they need to have a mastery. 

It is what they are here for, Projectors are here to be masters. They are designed to recognize, and when they recognize they become recognized, and they get the success that is part of their nature. 

This is so important for a Projector to understand, that the one thing that matters is to find something it can master. 

It truly doesn't matter what it is. It’s about whether the Projector is invited to it, and that it is correct in how it deals with that invitation. And then finally, upon entering into it correctly, to go deeply into whatever it is.

Projectors are here to recognize, they are here to study and to master. And the great dilemma for the Projector is that they're not given the opportunity to enter into what is correct for them because they do not know how. 

What you can do as a Projector is not accept anything less than an invitation. Understand that whatever you are going to do in this life as a career, whatever is going to fulfil you in terms of the work you do and the love you will have, whatever it may be… It must come from invitation. 

And through that invitation you are able to enter into what you will indeed master, and ultimately be recognized for.

There are 100 people standing in a room… chances are that only one of them is a Reflector. 

They are a very different kind of being, Reflectors. I think one thing most Reflectors really don't grasp is how deeply profound their relationship is to the Moon. 

I’m asked so many times by Reflectors “So, when does the lunar cycle begin for me?” 

Everything about Human Design and Strategy & Authority begins with and ends with the decision-making process. 

At the moment that any Reflector meets stimulation, in the moment something is coming towards them and is going to demand a decision regarding this or that - that is when their lunar cycle begins. 

The Reflector is a sampler, they are here to take in a whole series of consecutive stimuli in order to get to that place where they have their true Authority, and can make decisions as themselves.

What is so fascinating about the existence of Reflectors is that they are the only ones that truly can tell who is “in and out of the program,” so to speak. 

It means the Reflector is the only being that can recognize those that don't fit into the program. Like the ancient shaman being able to walk up to the parents of a newborn and say “This one, this one is mine because this one will not fit into your world, but will fit into mine.” 

Reflectors have an extraordinary gift, but it's so important to understand how deeply connected you are to the Moon itself. When those moments come in your life, when the decision has to be made, that is the starting point of following the Moon. 

Follow the Moon, find your purpose.
